How do I find a date that works for everyone?
Create an event, tap the days you have in mind on the calendar and share the link. Each person marks the days yes, maybe or no. The results page shows how many can make each day, best first, and you pick the final one. Everyone gets the date by email with a calendar file.
Do people need an account to vote?
No. Anyone with the link can vote under a name of their choosing and gets a personal link to come back and change their answers. An account is needed only to create events.
Can I ask for a time, not just a day?
Yes. A date-and-time event asks about the hours of specific days. A time event asks about the hours of a typical day, useful for a recurring call.
What about people in other time zones?
Signed-in people see every hour in their own time zone, with their preferred clock; both are set on the profile page. Guests see the event's time zone.
Is it free? Is there a catch?
It is free, and there is no catch: timevenn is a side project run by one person, who pays for the server. No investors, no ads, and your data is never sold.
Is timevenn private?
Yes. It keeps only what scheduling needs: names, answers, and the email or channel you choose for notifications. The privacy page lists everything.
How is this different from a Doodle poll?
Same idea, fewer distractions: three answers, one link, a deadline, and results you can hide until it closes. No premium tier, no banners.
